Dyshidrotic eczema is a chronic vesicular skin disease due to stress, sweating and nickel dermatitis. It has the characteristic symptoms of a cluster of vesicles and frequent recurrence. We diagnosed a 63-year old male patient case with hyperkeratosis, itching and vesicles at his right foot as dyshidrotic eczema and treated him with application of herbal medicine(bo-jung-ik-ki-tang) and acupunture at Dong-su Oriental-medicine hospital in 2003.
